SaLT Camp 2026

Get excited for SaLT Camp 2026!

On Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th Oct we'll be heading up to CYC Adventures Gold Coast, Advancetown for a weekend of fun, fellowship and digging deep into God's word. 

Camp will commence around 7pm on Friday evening and end by 2pm on Sunday. 

Please arrive from 7pm for check-in. Dinner will not be provided on Friday evening. 

Cost

Standard Rego: $176 per person

Registration closes Sunday 6th September, 9pm

Please note the price will be the same for full time or part time campers. 

SLE Church has kindly subsidised for the cost for all campers.

If your family requires further financial assistance then please contact Liesl See on 0468 921 481. Subsidies will be at the discretion of SLE Church Council. 

If you would like to contribute towards helping other campers attend, you are welcome to include an additional donation with your camp payment. Please let Liesl know so we can record it appropriately.

SaLT Camp 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗/𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

The refund/cancellation T&C recognises that it often takes time for the organisers of the event to process a refund, thus an administrative fee is put in place to recognise this effort. We also recognise that some of you may face financial difficulties as a result of not being able to receive a refund. In such circumstances, please feel free to contact Liesl See (0468 921 481) to discuss.

The refund/cancellation T&C are as follows:

1. In proceeding to register, you are agreeing to pay the full cost of the camp fee by 6th September, unless you have prior arrangement to apply for a subsidy or a staggered payment arrangement.

2. For cancellations before and including 17/09/2026, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded, less a $10 administrative fee per camper.

3. No refund will be given for cancellations from 18/09/2026 onward. (However, SLE Church Council may consider exceptional circumstances.)

The following must be filled in by a parent or guardian if you are under 18 years old. 

I allow my son/daughter to attend SaLT Camp 2026.
I understand that my son/daughter is responsible for their own actions, and that neither SaLT, SLE Church or Hua En Tang will be held responsible for incidents that arise as a result of inappropriate actions on the part of my son/daughter.
I understand that if my teen requires transport that you give consent for the SaLT Leaders to arrange appropriate transport to and from the campsite which may be with in a SaLT leader or SaLT teen parents' vehicle.
I also give permission to administer first aid, deemed necessary by first-aid certified SaLT Leaders, if required, for my child. 

Filled in by the teen attending the camp. 
Or by the SaLT Leader if the rego is for the leader.

I understand that SaLT and SLE Church will not be held responsible for the damage/loss/theft of any personal items of value, such as: mobile phones, iPads, tablets, laptops, headphones, wallets, and the like.

I understand that if I choose to bring any items of such value I will be bringing them at my own risk.

If you are registering for more than one teen, please make full payments for all the teens at the point of the first teen's registration. Upon which, your payment reference will be replicated across all the teens' registrations.
